I have been using TRISWIM shampoo and conditioner/body wash and lotion for about 4 years now. I love it, so naturally I promote it to all of my swimming friends and all of my aquatic fitness students. It does a fantastic job of removing that chlorine smell off my skin!!
How did you get involved in your sport?
I joined Lifetime Fitness in 2007 with one goal... to lose weight. A lot of weight. After about 3 years of working hard I took off 90 pounds and then decided to teach swimming since I enjoyed it so much. So i was certified to teach swimming.... then I decided to teach group fitness water classes....(I knew nothing about teaching fitness classes at that point..) After about a year of teaching swim, I got certified to teach aquatic fitness classes. Over the years I have became known as the "Aqua Queen" around the club. Ha Ha!

How many children do you have?
I have 2 children. I have a 13 year old son and a 26 year old daughter who will be having my first grandchild in June! I have been married for 30 years come this August:-)

I have one bike and 4 pair of swim goggles.

How many students do you see per week?
I have been teaching for 7 years now and have an average of 35 students in each class. I teach about 125 people per week.

I love indoor cycling classes and I also enjoy outdoor rides with the family.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what 3 things would you want with you
If i was on a deserted island I would have to have my ipod, my iphone and my sleep number bed! HA HA!

I like to donate to Volunteers of America because 90% of the proceeds goes to help people in need.
What was your favorite vacation?
The fitness cruise i went on last April. I was asked if i would like to teach on board a Royal Caribbean ship and bring my students along... so I asked them and guess what? 24 of them purchased cabins and my husband and I cruised free! I taught classes and we had dinner together each night. We even chartered a boat and went snorkeling together in Saint Maarten. Best vacation ever.
