ABOUT
One of my earliest memories is going to running races and cheering on my parents. When I was in 4th grade, the P.E. teacher told us about a one mile race at the local park. I was so excited to get to do what I watched my parents do for years. I remember sprinting, walking, wanting to quit and then reaching the finish line and loving every minute of it. I continued to run in high school and started triathlons during college because I was intrigued by the variety that it offered. To bring it full circle, after watching me participate in triathlon for a couple years, both of my parents took of triathlon. One of my favorite is memories is getting to take a finisher picture at Ironman Louisville with my dad. It is those type of experiences that keep me doing what I love.
FAVORITE PRODUCT
Of all of the great SBR Sports products, SKIN SLICK is my favorite for a number of reasons. First, it works really well as preventing chaffing and blisters especially when I run without socks. I love the fact that it stays on when I am in the water do not have to reapply mid workout. The best part is that because it is a spray, I am able to use it all over and don’t have to worry about it melting in the sun.

Favorite food:
Consistence is key and for the past 26 years my answer to this question has always been the same, cereal. Depending on how much of an adult I feel like being my go to is either Kashi Go Lean Crunch or Special K Red Berries. After a long training day, Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Frosted Mini Wheats are the perfect treat.
Favorite place to vacation and why:
My favorite place to visit is Arizona. I have been going there every year since I was six months old to visit family. I have so many memories of my grandparents and awesome adventures while there. Every time we visit, it is tradition to do Camelback mountain and take a family picture at the top.
